Symptom
You observe number of Copies setting is ignored in production task KLM which is set in Uniform Content label Output Settings as m, However we see no of copies showing as n.*KLM refers to production task id, *m refers to no of copies setting maintained in Output Management,*n refers to actual number of copies.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Production Control Work Center
- Go to Task Control View
- Search for KLM
- Select Confirm
- Select New Labels
- We see number of copies as n although in output management it is maintained as m
To check the settings in Output Management
- Go to Application and User Management Work Center
- Navigate to Input and Output Management View
- Go to Output Channel Selection
- Show Rule for: Uniform Content Labels
- There is only one rule, please select it and then click the Edit button > Here the Number of Copies is m. However, this is not transferred to new labels.
Cause
As Determine Printer Settings was not performed in new label, Hence number of copies was not as per rule set for Uniform Content Label.
Resolution
Follow the below steps for Determine Printer Settings
- Navigate to Production Control Work Center
- Go to Task Control View
- Search for KLM
- Click on Confirm
- Click on New Labels
- We see number of copies as n although in output management it is maintained as m
- Click on Determine Printer Settings button which will determine the number of copies.
