3003593 - Error - You can only select one program per assignment

Learning displays the following error message when trying to add more than 1 program to a Development Goal in the same assignment:

• Error: You can only select one program per assignment.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. From the BizX Home Page, navigate to "Development" in the dropdown menu >
2. On "Development Goals", click "+ Add New Learning Activity", then select "Search by Competency" >
3. The Learning library will open > Select more than 1 program to be added >
4. A pop up will appear with the following message: "You can only select one program per assignment".

Only one program can be selected per assignment. This is a system guardrail implemented to prevent performance issues. To add multiple programs to the development goal, select 1 program and click "Assign". Then, repeat these steps.

To have a different system behavior, it'd be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
