• Onboarding Tasks for Onboardee are in another language, even if the system is in English
• Onboarding Tasks are not translated

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The steps below are for the Welcome Message Tile, but this KBA is applicable for all the tasks in the Onboarding Journey Tile.

1. Log in as the onboardee
2. Click on the Welcome Message Tile
3. Welcome Message Tile is showing in a different language

To fix the translation for the Onboarding Tasks, please do the following:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks
2. Choose a Program > Click on the pencil button, under "Actions
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the pencil button for the Onboarding Tasks you need to modify (example below Write Welcome Message)
   
   
4. Click on the globe button for the translations
   
   
   
   
5. Click "Finished"
   
   

Note: Texts/messages for the Onboarding Tasks will follow the locale of the Hiring Manager, not the locale of the Onbordee.
