3003698 - RepAgent dies with Error 9284: Cannot allocate <n> bytes of memory - SAP ASE 16.0

Symptom

Even though the memory setting is higher than the default, RAT dies with Error 9284:

Error: 9284, Severity: 17, State: 116
RepAgent(4). Cannot allocate 3604 bytes of memory. You may need to reconfigure the parameter 'replication agent memory size' with more memory.
Rep Agent Thread for database 'MDB' (dbid = 4) terminated abnormally with error. (major 92, minor 84)
