3003718 - Persistence error: exception in PO message processing

• You have an SAP Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system running on HANA Database
• During message processing the error below is observed: 
• Transmitting the message to endpoint using connection IDoc_AAE_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Could not insert message <message_id>(OUTBOUND) into version table. Reason: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.version.VersionAccessException: Failed to create version for msg <message_id>(OUTBOUND). 
• Reason: com.sap.sql.exception.OpenSQLException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [21]: persistence error: exception 70029036: no server was found for 0; $STORAGEOBJECT$= : at function __HybridBLob__() (at pos 145) OpenSQLExceptionCategories: [NON_TRANSIENT, DB_ADMINISTRATOR_REQUIRED]
• Putting message into send queue failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Could not insert message <message_id>(OUTBOUND) into version table. Reason: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.version.VersionAccessException: Failed to create version for msg <message_id>(OUTBOUND).
  Reason: com.sap.sql.exception.OpenSQLException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [21]: persistence error: exception 70029036: no server was found for 0; $STORAGEOBJECT$= : at function __HybridBLob__() (at pos 145) OpenSQLExceptionCategories: [NON_TRANSIENT, DB_ADMINISTRATOR_REQUIRED]
