You are using the PI connectivity add-on to connect to LMS success factors, but the connection is failing in JSON step with the error:

Module exception: 'Permanent error: Adapter call failed. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.lib.ra.cci.XIAdapterException: JsonObject'. Cause Exception: 'com.sap.aii.af.lib.ra.cci.XIAdapterException: JsonObject'.
