3003997 - Custom filter on Candidate workbench (Candidate Summary Display page) is not working

Symptom

A custom field on defined in both application and candidate profile template is not displayed on Candidate workbench (Candidate Summary Display page) or is not working as expected.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

Make sure if you have defined a custom field common to both Application and Candidate Profile template.

For ex: Nationality

Sometimes this field is not displayed under filter options or doesnot give expected results.

Cause

The field would have been made reportable under different row numbers in the Application and Candidate profile section under "Configure reportable custom fields" page of Provisioning.

Resolution

You have to make the field reportable under the same row number for the respective field type.

For ex: if you defined a field "Nationality" of type = picklist, then you have to make this field reportable under picklist1 row of Application and Candidate Profile section. If the row numbers are different then the field will not behave as expected.
