3004192 - Two candidates booked same interview timeslot - Recruiting Management

When scheduling an interview, the candidates can select interview slot. There are 2 candidates that are booked on the same schedule.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In Interview Scheduling, Recruiter selects the candidates for interview. 
2. Select the interviewers and slots for candidate to choose
3. Send email to the candidate 
4. Candidate login the career site
5. Select slot for interview
6. Email confirmation is triggered.

One candidate has selected the slot then at a later time, selected another schedule but it did not trigger email.

For setup that you are providing candidate to select the slot for interview,  there is chance that candidate may select another slot that is still available at a later. When he does this, this previous slot becomes available for other candidate.

You need to enable Email Notification to Candidates for Rescheduled or Updated Interview trigger. This will send another email to the candidates to confirm his schedule.
