3004196 - COHV does not show Obsolete Material Message

Symptom

When converting a planned order to Production Order using transaction COHV the error message below is expected:

 "Material &&& is not copied due to mat.status Obsolete-trans.blocked" - Message no. C2257

 Although, system is not raising it during conversion.
