3004280 - Error on customer DDL Sources at phase MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RUTDDLSCREATE_SHD1 during upgrade

Customer DDL Sources cannot be created at phase MAIN_SHDRUN/RUTDDLSCEATE_SHD1 of an upgrade.

Errors like below are reported in the log file <DIR_PUT>/abap/log/RUTDDLSCREATE_SHD.<SID>:

A4 EDDLS 702XProcessing DDL source "ZABC" >>>
A1EEDDLS 704 Info. on DB view / table function cannot be determined from DDL source "ZABC"
A4 EDDLS 702XProcessing DDL source "ZDEF" >>>
A1EEDDLS 704 Info. on DB view / table function cannot be determined from DDL source "ZDEF"
A4 EDDLS 702XProcessing DDL source "ZOPQ" >>>
A1EEDDLS 704 Info. on DB view / table function cannot be determined from DDL source "ZOPQ"

Generally, the reason for the errors above is because the activation error for them have been ignored at ACT_UPG phase.

The corresponding error messages can be found in the relevant log file <DIR_PUT>/abap/log/ACTUPG_ELG.SAV:
