3004324 - Email-To Is Empty for Output Document

Email-To is empty for output document. But the document was sent already successfully thru email output channel.

Go to Application and User Management work center and E-Mail and Fax Queues view.

Select a document, the Email-To field is empty.

But it was sent to receipent seccessfully. The Sent By of the document is E-mail and Status is Successful.

Furthermore, the email address is maintained for the recepient always. For example, the email address is there in Supplier master data of the document Remittance Advice.

Email-To would be blank for the documents which has crossed the retention period of it as the output history would be deleted in those cases.

Retention Period of each document type is defined by SAP.

For example, the retention period of Remittance Advice is 30 days.

System works as designed.
