Symptom
You add field 'Payer' (KUNRG) to a custom condition table. When assigning the custom condition table to an access sequence, the field 'Payer' results in a red led.
Environment
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The field that you chose from field catalog (KOMG) when defining condition table doesn't exist in the corresponding communication structure KOMK/KOMP. For example, KUNAG, KUNRG...
Therefore the system is not able to automatically propose a suitable document field for this key field when you add this condition table into access sequence. The system requires you to manually specify a document field for the relevant condition table key field.
Resolution
In SSCUI Define Access Sequences (ID 102400), choose the condition KUNRG and clink on the 'Filed catalog' button at the bottom of the screen. In the table for selection, search for 'Payer' again and double click to reassign it.
