3004411 - Error “Missing or empty parameter 'FileName' for action OpenSpecificReport” displays when jumping from BPF to EPM Addin report.

Symptom

When working with a BPF activity step, you click a link which is to open an EPM report. EPM Addin is launched but the EPM report can’t be opened and it displays an error “Missing or empty parameter 'FileName' for action OpenSpecificReport”.
