3004802 - HCP Account url missing - Onboarding

When Compliance Setting is enabled, an error is showing "Failed to change the status of the Compliance Setting". When checked in backend logs, "HCP Account url missing" is showing.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Provisioning -> Company Settings -> Enable Print Forms Generation is currently not enabled.
• Print Forms Generation is enable but the credentials are not right.

Please do enable this in Provisioning and provide the valid credentials.

Kindly make sure that there are no space before and after URL, User ID and Password to avoid further errors.

If this looks good try to access the URL directly to check if credentials are ok.

Reminder:

API Access should be the URL used in Provisioning in "Enable Print Forms Generation"
