3004831 - Execution Manager event report payload of "Packaged Integration SF EC to WFS" contains "XXXXX has no job_information in the snapshot as of date yyyy-MM-dd"

• You're running "Packaged Integration SF EC to WFS" in CPI;
• After the package executes, you can see its logs in the Execution Manager Dashboard and you observe there's en ERROR event:
  
  
  
• You click on the error's Event Description and download the report;
• Errors such as this are found in the report:
  "XXXXX has no job_information in the snapshot as of date yyyy-MM-dd"

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

This error occurs when there is a go-live date maintained and there isn't a corresponding job info record created as of the go-live date.

Refer to the guide page regarding the go-live date parameter: Parameters. It has the following statement:

"Before providing a value to the Go-live_Date parameter, ensure that you go through the following prerequisites.

Prerequisites

If an employee is already existing and is active in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central before the Go-live_Date then it is mandatory that you create a new record in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for any one of the following SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central entities having the Start Date of the record equal to the Go-live_Date:

• Job Information
• Compensation Information
• Personal Information
• Address Information".

The guide page mentioned above also has some example scenarios that explain how the go-live date could lead to inconsistencies between SF and Workforce if these prerequisites are not met.
