3004862 - Recruiting Manager / Hiring Manager ID cannot be chosen - Onboarding 2.0

In the Add New Hire (Or Recruit) to Onboarding page, you are unable to select the Hiring Manager (Or Recruiting Manager) ID.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Go to Add New Hire to Onboarding;
2. Fill out all the data;
3. Try to insert the Hiring Manager ID.

This issue may have more than one root cause. In this KBA we will cover the one where an invalid Hire Date was inserted.

In the Hire / Recruit date, remove the value that was manually inserted and pick the value from the calendar ico (or insert the date following the same format indicated on the text box).
