3005628 - [Onboarding] ONB New Hire tasks not triggered

Symptom

After completing New Hire Data Review Step, New Hire Tasks are not triggered

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Initiate onboarding for the candidate
Complete the New Hire Data Review Step
New Hire Tasks to be triggered based on the Process Variant Manager
Proxy as the HM or the User responsible to carry out the tasks and check the onboarding dashboard
Tasks are not triggered

Cause

If Prepare for day one lists are configured in Manage Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks then the subsequent "Select What-To-Bring Configuration" rule maybe incorrect or unassigned

Resolution

Go to Configure Business Rules and search for "Select What-To-Bring Configuration" under scenario
Ensure that only one rule is maintained, kindly delete the additional rule is present
The remaining rule should be assigned or the tasks will not get triggered
