In the Usage Logging scenario of Solution Manager Setup(SOLMAN_SETUP), the UPL/SCMON Prerequisites are incorrect for a given Managed System.
The Managed System meets the critera defined in SAP Note 1828848 - Usage & Procedure Logging and ABAP Call Monitor: Technical prerequisite (UPL/SCMON) for SCMON but in the Usage Logging scenario the icon in the column "UPL/SCMON Prerequisites" indicates only UPL is available.
Executing the report AGS_CC_INFRASTRUC_CHECK for the Managed System in question, the following warning is displayed in the logs:
"Cannot check for SCMON (ST-PI): Kernel information missing in LMDB"
