3006198 - Is it possible to add recruiting groups/teams as Offer approvers? - Recruiting Management

During the offer approval process, the system allow us to define the list of users that will have to approve said offer, right after the offer originator has all its mandatory fields set. This article covers the possibility of adding recruiting groups or teams as approvers, instead of a single person for each approval step.

As of now, the system is not designed to allow groups or teams to be added as approvers for an offer. Based on the current design, offers approvals steps can only have one approver at a time. You can follow these instructions to have only specific users eligible for selection when choosing the approvers, but each approval step is limited to a single approver.
