Is there a way to restrict the visibility of jobs posted internally in SuccessFactors?

In the Job Requisition when posting the Job Requisitions, the only options that we have is to post it Internally and/or Externally:

Natively in the system there isn't way to post the Jobs specifically into a subset of users, or in this case, employees, or even to restrict the visibility of the jobs posted other than using the Private Posting. The Jobs posted internally will be available to all users that have access to the Internal Career portal.
