3006242 - IP addresses and ports already in use when using ECF and RI implementations


  • For cases where a particular IP/Port has been used, these are locked by other processes or bidings
  • In the logs, you will see something like:
    • ERR> (org.apache.catalina.core.StandardService#initInternal) Failed to initialize connector [Connector[HTTP/1.1-443]]
    • Caused by: Address already in use: bind
    • In the above error, the port defined is 443, in your case, it may be something else.
