3006288 - In Rate Table > Dates and Values > Rates > Scale column, asterisk or wildcard does not include null values

Symptom

  • In a rate table, one of the rates has an asterisk value (*) or wildcard in a rate scale column, such as Means of Transport field.
  • Even though all scales match the rate table, the system does not determine the rate when it calculates charges using the agreement.
  • It appears that the null value of FWO does not appear to be included in the asterisk or wildcard.
