3006311 - Error "RFC user SM_SM2B has no authorization to check the task log on system <SID>~ABAP" - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

In Self Diagnosis scenario you're seeing the following message error:

RFC user SM_SM2B has no authorization to check the task log on system <SID>~ABAP
Message No. DSMOP525

Diagnosis
The RFC user has no authorization to check the task log remotely.

Procedure
1. Make sure that the note 2315604 is implemented on the managed system.
2. RFC user should have the authorization object S_RFC to access to function module '/BDL/_GET_TASK_OVERVIEW_A1S' or function group '/BDL/A1S '.

Refer to note 2257213 to update the role of RFC.
