Symptom

  • Table has only one clustered index created with allow_dup_rows
  • Table is a DOL table (data only locked)
  • Table is not partitioned
  • Reorg fails with
    Msg 1503, severity 16, state 2:
    Create index with sorted_data was aborted because of row out of order.  Primary key of first out of order row is  keyvalue
