3006689 - Direct Access to Onboarding has been disabled - Onboarding 1.0

Partners/Consultants have no longer access directly to onboarding. The login credentials are no longer working after Second Half 2020 Production Release.

1. Use onboarding direct access URL
2. Enter Onboarding Account ID, User Name and Password
   Error: Direct Login not allowed
   

This feature is no longer supported after the Second Half 2020 Production Release, on November 20, 2020, to better safeguard your sensitive data the ability to log into Onboarding 1.0 with the direct URL will be disabled.

The users need to have a BizX/HCM user created and granted permissions only to the limited areas that the customer wants to grant their partners/consultants.

If user DOES NOT exist yet in Onboarding, please create User manually:

1. Onboarding
2. Security

Users


If User Sync job is active, ensure to add users in BizX so that users will be included in the sync and it will be posted to security.

If user already EXIST in Onboarding but forgot the login credentials, please contact Onboarding admin to reset user password.

4. Search user
5. Then, select the user
6. Click the icon "Reset Password"
7. Create Password
          
   Note: User can access directly using the login credentials from here.
