3006713 - Still to be Delivered Qty and Still to be Delivered Value shows 0.00 in App: Display Purch. Docs by Account Assignment

• In the App: App: Display Purch. Docs by Account Assignment for the purchase order in question.
• "Still to be delivered" (qty) 0.
• "Still to be delivered" (value) 0.00.
• "Still to be invoiced" (qty) 0.
• "Still to be invoiced" (value) 0.00

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open "Display Purch. Docs by Account Assignment" App.
2. Select : Scope of List : ALV, Document Number, Cost center and any other Account assignment object.
3. Execute.

Ordered 100 Pieces

Delivered 50 Pieces

Invoiced  50 Pieces

'When the 'Delivery Completed' is ticked during the goods receipt posting, irrespective of goods receipt is for partial qty delivery then the"Still to be delivered" (qty) 0, "Still to be delivered" (value) 0.00, "Still to be invoiced" (qty) 0,"Still to be invoiced" (value) 0.00.

This is expected behavior, when the Delivery Completed is ticked during the partial qty posting of the goods receipt itself then the report showing 0 Qty outstanding is correct.

If you still have any goods receipt to be posted then

1. App: Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document.
2. Enter Purchasing Document.
3. Select the Items and Enter the Deliverable Qty.
4. Click Enter on the Items line.
5. In the Goods Receipt Item screen, Field: Delivery Completed needs to be Unticked.

This way, in the App: Display Purch. Docs by Account Assignment, if there are any pending Qty it will show the actual outstanding instead of 0.
