3006740 - Database copy failed with error Missing savepoint/snapshot record for savepoint/snapshot ID

Symptom

You are performing the system copy with database snapshot and failed with following error in backup.log:

RECOVER DATA finished with error:
recovery could not be completed, volume 3, reached log position 0,
BackupExecutor: exception 3000106: Missing savepoint/snapshot record for savepoint/snapshot ID <number>

And in indexserver trace, you could find the following:

exception type information:
