Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login SuccessFactors HXM 
  2. Go to Onboarding > Work Queue - New Version > e.g. COVID-19 Physical Inspection Process
  3. Tick "Physical Inspection"
  4. Task checkbox
  5. Then, click "Export"
  6. Pop appears, "File creation can take a couple of minutes. Download?" 
  7. Then, select OK

          Error: {"ResponseStatus":{"ErrorCode":"InvalidOperationException","Message":"Sequence contains no matching element"}}


Due to no index fields configured in the process.
