• Including ASE error 1603 and Windows error 1455:

  server Error: 1603, Severity: 21, State: 2
  server Process priority 3 invalid or no process slots available

• Number of user connections and remote connections are sufficient according to sp_monitorconfig

• SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) - All versions.
