3007092 - SM:EXEC SERVICES job fails with runtime error "CALL_METHOD_CONFLICT_TYPE"

Symptom

The EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) and other service session are not generated for one or several systems. While checking in transaction SM37 you observed SM:EXEC SERVICES job or it's child jobs SM:EXEC_SESS_* were canceled.

The joblog might indicate an error message like System "SID" in Installation "installation number" is unknown i. The error message in the joblog can also differ.
