This KB article explains how to delete items, such as Positions and Locations, in the Corporate Structure

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

To manually update the Corporate Structure in Onboarding:

1. Go to Reference Files > Corporate Structure
2. Click on the tab for the level that needs to be updated.
3. Select from the list the item that you would like to delete.
4. Click on Delete:
