When customer enable multithread for hotfolder and set properties like thread pool size, synchronizer batch size and synchronizer polling rate to certain values for performance reasons, there would be a chance of concurrency issue. On the log we could see multithread compete same file and exception like FileNotFound and files stuck in the remote processing folder.
