Display values using App P&L - Actuals.

A couple of similar reports like Cost Center - Actuals, Profit Centers - Actuals, Market Segments - Actuals, Projects - Actuals etc. are the same like App P&L - Actuals, where the Balance Sheet accounts are possible to be shown.
They are pretty similar and often use the same account hierarchies. The purpose for this design is to keep the symmetry across all these report so that one can use the same master data and same hierarchy.
Therefore we do not exclude in the App P&L - Actuals for the Balance Sheet accounts.

Whether an account is shown in P&L - Actuals is determined by the account hierarchy(Financial Statement Version) you used.

The Financial Statement Version, containing only P&L accounts, can be defined and utilized. The filter can be saved as the default for the Apps, ensuring that only P&L accounts are included whenever the App is started.

To create or modify financial statement versions, the App Manage Financial Statement Versions can be used.
