By running the release of universal journals, the runtime error GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED occurs in class CL_FINCS_REPLICATE_THREADS and method GET_FREE_THREAD.

The system fields (in the runtime error's long text) have the following values:

SY-MSGTY = E
SY-MSGID = BT
SY-MSGNO = 831
SY-MSGV1 = parallel_generators

Or the following values:

SY-MSGTY = E
SY-MSGID = BT
SY-MSGNO = 856
