Symptom

Refreshing webi reports take either long time to provide results or give below errors after fresh installation of webI.

  1. The following database error occurred: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. P. For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal. (IES 10901).
  2. An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270).
  3. The following database error occurred: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.. For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal. (IES 10901)
