Cause
The user is not assigned to the WCV
/BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Marketing/Prospect/COD_Mkt_Prospect.WCVIEW.uiwocview so you don't see the kanban board.
Resolution
User need to have assigned:
COD_MARKETING - Sales Campaign > COD_MKT_PROSPECTWC - Leads
COD_SALES_WCF - Sales > COD_MKT_PROSPECTWC - Leads
