3007910 - Comments not appearing when updating a workflow - Employee Central

When selecting to update a workflow the update page does not show to comments window.

Limitation when using "Edit Without Route Change" on workflow configuration steps.

This is currently a limitation and does not happen using "Edit With Route Change", engineering team created an enhancement plan to fix this UI but this is still a plan and no date for this fix was announced.
