3008014 - Receiving Timestamp Error to complete an activity - Onboarding 1.0

User is receiving a Timestamp error while trying to complete an Onboarding activity.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. PDF forms duplicated
2. Duplicated key in the same panel

Scenario 1: If the issue is with duplicate form please raise a ticket to SAP Support. Candidate may be sent back to previous step and as the form is already generated this may be duplicate and then is needed to delete the duplicated one.

Scenario 2: If the issue is regarding the panel key, please make sure that there is no key duplicate. Easy way to test is try to preview the panel in Onboarding > Settings > Panel. If not able to preview please review all the panel's keys.
