Symptom

Using DNS aliasname/clustername in place of CMS server while opening file from Enterprise gives below error:

Error: "Unable to connect to CMS (actual name). A wrong connection is made to @@( actual server:6400) Logon cannot continue." comes while using DNS alias name while opening file from Enterprise in Xcelsius
