3008123 - Open Product Planning Details, Open Order Item Planning Details Buttons Disabled in Customer Demand

You observe Open Product Planning Details, Open Order Item Planning Details are disabled in Customer Demand KLM.*KLM refers to Customer Demand ID,*DEF refers to Product Id

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control Work Center
2. Navigate to Customer Demand View
3. Search for KLM
4. In OWL Outbound Logistics Control - Customer Demand, you see Open Product Planning Details, Open Order Item Planning Details are disabled 

The reason why Open Product Planning Details, Open Order Item Planning Details are disabled is because there are no active transport Lanes which are active for Product DEF

In order to resolve the issue, You will have to maintain Transport Lanes and set it as active

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Date Work Center
2. Navigate to Transport Lanes 
3. Search for relevant Transport Lane 
4. Select Edit
5. Under Allowed Products you can add product DEF and set it as active
6. Click Save

 Buttons Disabled in Customer Demand Submenu under Supply Planning Work Center, Open Product Planning Details, Open Order Item Planning Details are disabled in Supply Planning , KBA , open product planning details , open order item planning details disable , AP-SDM-MSD , Material Supply and Demand View , Problem
