3008185 - Incorrect Form Start Date for PM Forms created via Off Cycle Event Batch.

The system is showing incorrect Form Start Date for PM Forms created via Off Cycle Event Batch.

When customer is using Off Cycle Batch Events to launch forms.The Default Start Date in form template settings is set up as Creation Date +0.

The start date of the forms should be the same as the creation date but the start date for the forms is showing as the event date.

It is expected behavior that PM form is using job info effective date as form start date when PM form is triggered from EC job info change. Currently system does not support to customize form start date/due date if form is triggered by EC job info change.

This is an raise enhancement request submitted to the product team for the requirement about customizing form start date in this scenario.
