3008299 - Integration Center Error - Entity IntegrationProcessDefinition is not found.

When opening Integration Center > My Integrations the following error message appears:

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  
  • Integration Center

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Integration Center
3. Open My Integrations
4. Error Appears

Metadata is outdated and required a refresh.

To resolve this error please perform a Metadata Refresh.

You can try to clean the MDF cache from provisioning and OData Metadata cache from the UI.

Metadata refresh should resolve the error. If does not, please run the JOB "MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC" and repeat the refreshes again later (cf. KBA 2534674)

In addition, please check if your user has all the mandatory permissions to run integration center, please see 2209164 - How to enable integration Center in SuccessFactors System? - SAP SucessFactors HCM Suite.
