The Ad hoc approvers for the offer approval are not receiving the notification to approve the offer approval request.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log in to the instance
2. Access the offer approval screen and fill in the relevant details
3. Add the ad hoc approver
4. Generate Offer approval
5. The ad hoc approver does not receive a notification for approval request.

As per the current system design there is no option to send the notification email to ad hoc approvers to approve the offer approval request.

For a possible workaround, please consider the following: For the trigger "Offer Received An Approval" when you enable the email trigger, you can see that in the recipients you can add the email id of the user, so the email id of the ad hoc approver can be added here. However please note that this is not dynamically populated. This recipient needs to be changed every time the ad hoc approver is different for each approval raised.
