3008425 - Survey Responses are not exported in Survey by Individual Response report after reactivation

Survey responses data is not exported in Survey by Individual Response report after inactivating and reactivating the survey.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Find a survey which has responses data > Uncheck 'active' box on Survey summary tab > Click 'YES' to inactivate it.
2. Check' Active' box again > Apply Changes
3. Run 'Survey by Individual Reponses （CSV）’ report > Filter the survey ID in step 1 > Run report
4. The report is blank and have no responses data

When inactivating a survey, the Item association will also be removed. 

User should select 'YES' for report criteria 'Include Previous Item Associations' to export previous response data.
