3008557 - Imported Ratings do not Respect Rating Scale Label Translation

Symptom

Imported Ratings are not respecting the label translation added in "Matrix Grid Rating Scales".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Succession

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Switch system’s language to something other than English US;
  2. Navigate to any employee’s profile that have Performance/Potential Ratings;
  3. Click on the concerning section;
  4. Scroll down to the Performance/Potential portlet;
  5. See the rating displaying in English US;
  6. Now, go to “Matrix Grid Rating Scales”;
  7. Select “Performance/Potential” from the drop-down list;
  8. Click “Edit”;
  9. See that the translations to other languages are properly set.

Cause

Currently, this is a confirmed system limitation.

The imported ratings do not respect rating scale label translation.

 

Resolution

If this is an important topic for your company, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles.
