3008579 - Troubleshooting for "Cannot read the RFC destination from the BW to the Solution Manager" error for BI Content Activation activity in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Within the System Monitoring guided procedure in tr. SOLMAN_SETUP in SAP Solution Manager 7.2, the following error occurs when executing the activity BI Content Activation in Step 2.4 Reporting - Settings:

• Cannot read the RFC destination from the BW to the Solution Manager
  Diagnosis
  For BW-based reporting to function correctly, an RFC destination from the associated BW to the Solution Manager is required. Thisdestination could not be determined.
  System Response
  BW-based reporting cannot be run.
  Procedure
  Check whether the associated BW is available. If this is the case, there is a fundamental error. In this case, create a customerservice ticket for SAP on the component SV-SMG-MON-REP.
