3008875 - Date keys in Super Admin are in US Format - Onboarding

Symptom

When checking the date keys in the super admin side, they are in the US format (dd/mm/yyyy).

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Super Admin;
  2. Manage HRData;
  3. Search for the candidate;
  4. Click on "HRDataID";
  5. The keys date will be in US format (mm/dd/yyyy).

Resolution

This is an expected Behavior.

The date format in the super admin side are all stored in US format, the system save/keep in US format, so it's not possible to change the format.

PS: Only partner/professional service and SAP Support have permission to access super admin.
