Symptom
Error message "UI application /BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand/PortalContent/COD_USER_PROVISIONING.OWL.OWL.uicomponent is not in scope" is triggered when trying to open the User Provisioning.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administrator work center.
- Go to the Service and Social view.
- Under Portal Adaptation, go to User Provisioning.
- Error message "UI application /BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand/PortalContent/COD_USER_PROVISIONING.OWL.OWL.uicomponent is not in scope" is triggered.
Cause
The Portal integration is not in your current scope.
Resolution
- Go to Business Configuration work center.
- Select Implementations Projects view.
- Select the First Implementation and select Edit Project Scope button.
- Go to Review Questions.
- Expand Service.
- Expand Customer Care.
- Select Service Request Management.
- Mark the question "Do you want to support user provisioning for portal users?"
