3008948 - Incorrect and missing format of story level account calculation- SAC

 Story level calculation(division) returns inaccurate value

SAP Analytics Cloud 2020.21.6

1. Open the story
2. Edit the story and Go to Builder Panel
3. Open the calculation in Calculation Editor
4. Click inside the Edit Formula,  the formula used : ["IFP":A2_E1200]/["IFP":ST100]
5. The Second Measure used in the formula ["IFP":ST100]  is different from the measure used in table is ["IFP":ST111]
6. To check this,  In the Builder Panel , Please change the display option of BS and P&L to ID to see the measure used in the table.
7. Please find the attached file for the calculation step by step.
8. Change the calculated formula  with ["IFP":A2_E1200]/["IFP":ST111],  Format the calculation with 0 in the Decimals.

Product bahavior by design

• The Formatting Dialogue box works as a  template,  we can use for different type of calculations.  Here in this case ,  the calculation is related to currency.  In another example,   If we are calculating the measures with percentages ,  then the expected result will be like 2 %. If the measures are with kilometers , the result will be like 4 km etc.. 
•    To change the Formatting specific to currency , Please use SAP influence site links to send your inputs for the future releases.
