3009016 - You are Unable to Find The Desired Extension field in the Adaptation Mode for Arithmetic Calculation

You have created few extension fields on the Purchase Order  screen under Adaptation mode and want to add/create a calculated field using those extension fields but you are unable to find the desired extension fields for calculation.

SAP Business ByDesign

1.  Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center

2. Select View Purchase Orders-> View All

3. Navigate to Items Tab

4. Open adaptation mode.

5. In Items tab, select Business Context Purchase Order-Item

6. Try to add a calculated field

7. Enter the field type

8. But you could not find the relevant extension fields for arithmetic calculation.

You have selected the wrong field type.

Always check the field type of the relevant fields used in the calculation rule.

Please select the correct field type so that you can see all the available extension fields.
